04Prohibited Activities

You may not use Ongati to engage in or facilitate any activity that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive. This includes, but is not limited to:

Illegal Activity

Using Ongati to:

• Violate any law
• Commit fraud
• Launder money
• Facilitate criminal activity
• Sell illegal products or services
• Promote illegal conduct

Fraud and Deception

You may not:

• Misrepresent your business
• Create fake businesses
• Use false identities
• Falsify customer reviews
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Mislead customers regarding products or services
• Submit fraudulent payment information

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

You may not use Ongati to send:

• Spam emails
• Spam SMS
• Unsolicited marketing messages
• Bulk messages without consent
• Phishing campaigns
• Scam messages
• Deceptive promotions

Businesses must obtain all required customer consent before sending communications through Ongati. You may not use a consent request to carry an appointment promotion, bypass a STOP or account/business off control, falsify a YES or secure-page confirmation, or re-enable a customer without the fresh consent Ongati requires.

Malicious Software

You may not upload, distribute, or transmit:

• Viruses
• Malware
• Ransomware
• Spyware
• Worms
• Trojan horses
• Malicious scripts
• Harmful code

Security Violations

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Bypass authentication
• Circumvent security measures
• Interfere with system security
• Test vulnerabilities without authorization
• Access another user's account
• Share account credentials

Platform Abuse

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the platform
• Copy the software
• Modify platform code
• Resell Ongati without authorization
• Create competing services using Ongati technology
• Interfere with platform performance
• Use automated tools to overload the platform

05Communication Services

Businesses using Ongati's communication features agree to:

• Contact only customers who have provided the necessary permissions.
• Maintain accurate contact information.
• Honor customer opt-out requests where required by law.
• Use communications only for legitimate business purposes.

Ongati reserves the right to suspend communication services if messaging activity appears abusive, fraudulent, or violates this Policy.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to collect, store, and process customer information.

You may not:

• Upload stolen data
• Purchase or upload unauthorized contact lists
• Sell customer information through the platform
• Share customer data without authorization
• Use customer information for unlawful purposes

You may only upload content that you own or have permission to use. This includes:

• Videos
• Documents
• Marketing materials
• Product descriptions
• Business branding

You may not upload or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

08Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on Ongati:

• Terrorist content
• Content promoting violence
• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Defamatory content
• Malware or malicious software
• Content intended to deceive customers

Ongati reserves the right to remove prohibited content immediately.

09Resource Usage

Users may not intentionally consume excessive system resources in a manner that negatively impacts other customers. Examples include:

• Automated booking attacks
• Excessive API requests
• Denial-of-service attempts
• Mass account creation
• Large-scale scraping
• Artificial traffic generation

Reasonable rate limits may be applied to protect platform stability.

10Fair Use

Ongati is designed for legitimate business operations.

Activities that unreasonably burden the platform or attempt to circumvent usage limitations may result in restrictions or suspension.

Where applicable, Ongati may introduce reasonable usage limits for specific features to ensure fair access for all customers.

11Monitoring and Enforcement

To protect the integrity of the Services, Ongati may monitor platform activity for:

• Security threats
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Spam
• Service reliability
