Is Free a trial?

No. Free is a permanent plan. Your booking page and permanent QR don't need a card and don't expire.

What's included on Free?

The Booking tool for one location and one bookable provider: up to 4 new bookings a month, one basic service, your public booking page, permanent QR, waitlist, client booking history, basic reviews and 100 emails a month. SMS and the standalone business tools need a paid plan.

Which plan fits one provider?

Solo. It includes one bookable provider. You can add one Admin user with no calendar for $10/month or $100/year. Solo also adds Calendar Sync, website booking, 1,000 emails a month and SMS through your Wallet.

When does Growth make sense?

Choose Growth for a team. It includes 4 seats. Set each seat as Bookable or Admin. Seats 5 to 8 cost $10/month or $100/year each. Growth also includes 5,000 emails a month, a one-time $10 Wallet credit and priority support.

How are seats billed?

The owner's login is free. A bookable owner uses a seat. Every other login uses a Bookable or Admin seat. Solo can add one Admin seat. Growth includes 4 seats and supports up to 8. Paid seats always match your base plan's billing period.

Can I put booking on my own website?

Yes. Website booking embed is included on Solo and Growth. Free keeps your public booking page and direct link, and a saved embed shows customers a clean path back to your page if paid access ends.

How do email and SMS work?

Free includes 100 emails a month. Solo includes 1,000 and Growth includes 5,000. On paid plans, extra email and every SMS use Communication Wallet credit. SMS is available only when a supported message route is ready and requires customer consent, customer preferences, and enough Communication Wallet credit.

What is the Communication Wallet?

Prepaid credit for messages like SMS reminders. It never holds customer payments or your revenue. New paid Solo businesses may get $5 once and Growth $10 once, after the first successful plan payment. The credit has no cash value and doesn't repeat after canceling, reactivating or switching plans.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Ongati shows the timing and any proration before you confirm. Your base plan and paid seats switch together, so billing periods never get mixed.

Do I lose my QR if I cancel?

No. Your permanent booking QR stays connected to the same public page. Custom and tracked QR tools pause on Free.

I'm on the old Standard plan. What happens?

Your existing $20 monthly or $200 yearly subscription is shown and treated as Solo. Nothing is rebilled, and no second subscription is created.

What is Custom?

Custom is a sales-assisted plan for teams with 9 or more seats, multiple locations, invoicing or another tailored agreement. It isn't a self-service plan.
