Ongati started because our founder, Bry, got tired of texting his barber. Every cut began with a text, then waiting. Hours posted in a story that had already expired. No single place to see when his barber was free and just book.
So he built what he wanted as a customer: one page with the barber's services, prices and hours, and a button that books him. Ongati is that page, for any business that runs on appointments.
Start with a page that stays
Every business on Ongati gets a public page and a permanent QR code. Your services, prices, hours, location and contact details live in one place, at one link.
The QR never changes. Print it once and put it on your mirror, your door and your cards. When you update your prices or hours, everyone who scans it sees what's current.
Booking is free from day one
A free page that can't take an appointment isn't free. It's a trial.
That's why booking is part of the Free plan. Free is $0 forever and needs no card. It includes:
- Your public page and permanent QR
- Online booking for one provider, up to 20 new bookings a month
- A waitlist, plus customer and appointment history
- Basic reviews
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes for your QR, where supported
- 100 transactional emails a month
Add more when the business needs it
When you outgrow Free, there are two paid plans. Both are flat monthly or yearly prices.
Solo
$20/month or $200/year. For one provider running their own chair.

- 1,000 emails a month
Extra providers are $10/month each.
Growth
$45/month or $450/year. For shops and salons with a team.
- Up to 6 providers included
- Each provider sets their own hours and breaks
- Customers choose who they book with
- 5,000 emails a month
- Priority support
Provider 7 and up are $8/month each.
On Solo and Growth, supported text message reminders use prepaid Communication Wallet credit, so you pay only for the texts you send.
What Ongati won't do
Some things are off the table on every plan.
- No competitors on your page. Customers who come for you find only you.
- No cut of your bookings. There is 0% booking commission on every plan.
- No holding your money. Customers pay you the way they already do, whether that is cash, bank transfer, Venmo or card. Ongati records the payment against the appointment.
- No losing your page if you stop paying. You drop back to Free, and your page, QR, appointments, customer history and reviews stay.
